Following regulatory advice from the authorities to help mitigate the global spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Euro Systems activated its pandemic plan in accordance with our standard business continuity practices.
It is our priority to provide for the ongoing health and safety of our employees, partners and our communities. During these challenging times, we are fully committed to ensuring minimum disruption and seamless service operations for our customers.
In compliance with the government’s regulations and public health guidance, we effectively implemented working from home across the business. Since March 16th, our staff have been working remotely and safely – maintaining business continuity and with no disruption to the services we provide to you.
Continued monitoring based on the circumstances
We are determined to adhere to public guidance and requirements, as well as advice from the relevant authorities, in an effort to cooperate and help control the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will continue to monitor the situation and implement any additional control measures as events unfold. We are also keeping in touch with our technology partners to ensure no disruption to the services we supply to our customers.
